See money in and out by week from real dates — not a remaining column that never moves.
A project can be on budget overall and still stall because the cash is not there in the month a big payment falls due.
Open Cash flow. The forecast uses invoice dates, stage dates and funding — not a leftover total.
Look for a week that goes red before the pour or the kitchen landing. Move a payment, delay a drawdown, or talk to the lender while you still can.
Weather on the dashboard is pinned to the site address so a wet Wednesday shows up next to the same money.
