We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where they apply. ConstructionPro Technologies Ltd. in Ireland is the controller for account and marketing data. For project records you add, we act as processor on your instructions.
Scope, duration, confidentiality, security measures, and sub-processor conditions are described here and in the Privacy Policy. Processors we use are listed on Sub-processors.
You may request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction. Product how-tos are in the Help Centre. A data-rights request or a signed DPA can be sent to support@constructionpro.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
