By creating an account or using ConstructionPro.io you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
ConstructionPro.io is software for construction project management including budgets, costs, invoices, timelines, tasks, documents, and related collaboration features. Features depend on your plan (Self-Build, Contractor-Led, or Professional) and add-ons (seats, project packs).
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. Sign-in uses email OTP in addition to password. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
New subscriptions may start with a 90-day free trial requiring a payment method. After the trial, fees are charged according to your plan and add-ons via Stripe. Annual plans save 10% where offered. You can cancel anytime; paid periods generally are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, infringe others' rights, or use the product for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of project data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having rights to any content you upload.
Optional AI assistance (e.g. insights or category suggestions) may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for financial and construction decisions. Client-facing roles must not receive commercial margins or supplier rates via AI where product rules prohibit it.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material reductions. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConstructionPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
