The policies that govern how ConstructionPro.io operates, protects your project data, and complies with EU law. Plain-English where we can, precise where we must.

The data controller for your account and marketing data is ConstructionPro Technologies Ltd. (trading as ConstructionPro.io), Dublin 2, Ireland. How-tos live in the Help Centre. For a data-rights request or formal notice, email support@constructionpro.io.
Account data — name, email, password hash, company name, role, and plan. Project data — budgets, invoices, documents, photos, contacts, and tasks you add. Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store subscription and customer identifiers, not full card numbers. Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device/browser type, and approximate location from IP. Support data — messages you send us.
To provide, maintain, and secure the service; to process subscriptions and trials; to send transactional email (OTP codes, invites); to improve product performance; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Contract performance (providing the product you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent where required (marketing), and legal obligation where applicable.
We use sub-processors such as hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payments (Stripe), and email delivery (Resend). They process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law. See the sub-processors list.
We retain account and project data while your account is active. After closure, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention (e.g. billing records).
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain processing. Use the Help Centre for product questions, or email support@constructionpro.io for a rights request. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, email OTP for sign-in, role-based access in the product, and industry-standard practices with our processors. No method of transmission is 100% secure. See Security.
Data may be processed in the UK, EU, US, or other regions where our processors operate, with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where required.
