Re-keying is how a budget quietly lies. A timesheet in one app, a PDF in email, a row in the sheet that is “close enough”.
Trades can now log hours from their phone. You approve, and the cost posts to the project. Upload an invoice, split it across categories, and remaining updates immediately — including a guided pass when the document is a photo of a bill.
The point is not OCR for its own sake. The point is that next month’s forecast uses the same numbers you just approved, not a static leftover column.
