Already mid-build? Start from where you actually are

Most software assumes day one. Most builds do not. The roof is on, three invoices are in dispute, and the spreadsheet is “almost right” if nobody looks at last March.

You can now create a project as not started yet or already under way. In-flight jobs take an opening balance, spend already committed, and a stage plan that matches where you actually are. There is no CSV dump into a live ledger — that path created more mess than it saved.

AI can suggest a stage plan and categories from the scope. It does not invent a second set of numbers. The live budget still wins.
