Invite your contractor

On Contractor-Led and Professional, the builder collaborates on the same project — not a second spreadsheet.
Self-Build does not include a contractor seat. Upgrade to Contractor-Led (or Professional) if the builder should log in.
Steps
- Open Team or project sharing.
- Invite by email and pick a role — typically project manager or a more limited role if they should not see everything.
- They accept the invite and land on the same budget, invoices and snags.
You still own the account. You can revoke access. Approvals and variations stay logged.
If you only need them to see progress, a viewer role (or a client portal on Professional) may be enough.
