Start fresh or catch up a job already under way. Opening balances beat pretending the build began today.
After the trial is active, create a project. There is one wizard for every plan.
Not started yet vs already under way
- Not started yet — Load a market template (36 categories), set the budget, and go.
- Already under way — Enter an opening balance, spend already committed, and a stage plan that matches where you actually are.
There is no CSV dump into a live project. That path created more mess than it saved.
Address and market
Type the site address. We may recommend US, UK or EU from the location. You confirm. We never silently change the account market. Unknown regions default to US, then you pick.
What AI can suggest
From the scope, AI can recommend a stage plan and categories. Live budget, costs and stages still win if they disagree with the note.
Self-Build includes one active project. Contractor-Led is one home. Professional can add packs of five when you outgrow the included allowance.
