Changing your plan

Upgrade or change from account billing. Seats and packs are add-ons, not a new product.
Only the account owner can change billing.
Open Settings → Account → Billing. Pick Self-Build, Contractor-Led or Professional. Stripe prorates when you upgrade.
If you drop from Professional, you lose client portals and the extra project allowance. Finish or archive jobs first if you would go over the new limit.
Seats and project packs are purchased as add-ons on Contractor-Led and Professional. They are not a fourth plan.
